INSTALACIÓN EN TERRAZA PASO A PASO

 

 
 
Fase 1
Coloque las dos bases existentes en el envase frente a frente, con los puntos convertidos por el interior y coloque el criss cross como se muestra en fig 1, sin apretar los tornillos con tuercas.
Fase 2
Coloque la trabécula horizontal en la parte delantera de la base de soporte de la placa, como se muestra en fig. Detail β, sin apretar los tornillos con las tuercas colocadas.
Fase 3
Coloque la base montada en la posición final, oriente la parte posterior de la base (la cruz) hacia el norte y fije al techo con los tornillos específicos, también existentes en el envase.
   

Fase 4 

Los pies de aluminio vienen pre-instalados en el deposito en la fábrica. Ponga el depósito en su base y ajuste todos los tornillos colocados fin ahora, apretando bien con tuercas. La base con el deposito son un conjunto y se puede usar el colector como un puntal para la siguiente fase.

 

Fase 5
Coloque la placa solar sobre la proyección de soporte y fije con los dos soportes metálicos superiores atornillados antes de la colocación de la placa. A continuación, levante toda la placa de unos 5 cm del suelo y coloque los dos pies de apoyo en los dos bordes de la placa apretando los tornillos que fijan el aluminio entre ellos. 

 

 

 

Instalación hidráulicailiakos  

1. Place the Copper Collector's Lid to the Ø 22 copper output of the collector (sch.3)

2. Repeat step 1 (sch.3a)

3. Connect the corner fitting 22 x ¾ female in the copper tube and screw in the corner rakor fitting for plastic 18 x 2.5 x ¾ male.

To the rakor place the plastic tube 18 X 2.5.
For the sealing of the connection and all other connections below you should use teflon-coating or hemp. (sch.4-5)

4. Connect the rakor 18 x 2.5 x ½ female to storage tank, in the copper tube with an indication “To collector”, put the insulation 18 x 9 in a plastic tube and uniting the other end of the plastic tube in rakor.

5. Again the 3 rd step using the angle fitting 22 X ¾ female for copper pipe, rakor fitting for plastic 22 x 3.0 x ¾ male for the plastic tube 22 x 3.0 (sch.6-7)

6. Connect the rakor 22 x 3.0 x ¾ female to storage tank, in the tube with an indication "from collector" and put the insulation 22 x 9 in the plastic tube (sch.9)

Connect the other end of the plastic tube in rakor.

7. Connect the safety valve to the storage tank, in the pipe indicating "cold water" and in the safety valve connect the provision from the water main network (sch.10)

8. Link the hot water consumption of our network to the pipe indicating "hot water"

Prior connecting the network in hot water, fill the the storage tank. At the time when water starts to get out from the "hot water" pipe , close the switch from the water main network and connect the hose.

9. Fill close loop from the tube you will install the safety valve of the close loop (sch.2) with the solution of the specific anti-freezing liquid SONNE Aktion (mix 1 lt. Anti-freezing liquid at 10 lt. Water).

If the close loop is not filled with the solution, you should add water. When the closed loop is fully completed, water will emerge due to overflow from the pipe connected to fill up bung.

When you finish all connections, install the safety valve of the close loop security and fill up bung (Fig. 1 & 2), delaying a little time to avoid a high pressure inside the close loop and inside the second copper shell.

When our solar system is fitted, in the right place, have the necessary hydraulic and electrical connections and we have check for any leaks, we open a hot water tap until we have a full flow of water from the faucet (we fully evaporate the system that way).

Immediately after, we remove the cardboard packaging from collectors and should some water or thermal fluid have fallen on the device, we carefully clean it.

The system will start to operate automatically.
The system requires some time to get the maximum performance. This period is approximately 2 to 3 days after installation, in combination with full sunshine.

It is also important to reduce the demand for hot water for the first one or two days, with the aim of achieving a better functioning of the system, on the excellent performance of it, in the long run.
