Note
The dimensioning of the individual devices and components that compose each standard system (package) referred to herein, is indicative and refers to typical standard installations. In cases where there are particularities or disadvantages (large distance between boiler and solar collectors, great deviation in the orientation of the collectors towards the south, small inclination of collectors, increased demands for hot water, etc.), then the differentiation of the above is required. The technical department of our company is at your disposal to help design and dimension the individual devices of any central solar system installation for hot water production.

 

Technical characteristics of central solar system packages with copper storage tank

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF COPPER STORAGE TANK:
• Hot water copper storage tank, 2mm thick
• 1 copper heat exchanger upper coil outlet                                                                                                • 1 copper heat exchanger lower coil inlet                                                                                    • Insulation with ecological polyurethane of 65mm thickness
• 4 kw electrical resistance with safety thermostat

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SELECTIVE COLLECTORS

Technical characteristics of collector PHAETHON:
• Frame: aluminum profiles, lateness design with internal corner aluminum links, that ensure the best possible implementation of the framework and the stability of the whole construction.
• Back of collector: from European grey steel, (ral 9006), fully sealed, without screw connections.
• Glass: security, tempered, 4 mm, of high permeability, with rubber E.P.D.M. for complete sealing.
• Insulation at the back of the collector: Rockwool (d = 50kg / m3)
• Insulation at the lateral parts: Rockwool (d = 50kg / m3)
• Absorber: of selective surface, 0.5 mm full plate, constructed by high-tech laser welding
• Absorber piping: copper tubes Ø 8 mm & Ø 22 mm
• Specially designed oval rubber, adapted to copper pipes that connect the collector, to prevent the phenomenon of dilation - contraction.

 

Technical characteristics of collector ATLAS:
• Frame: aluminum profiles, lateness design with external corner aluminum links, that ensure the best possible implementation of the framework and the stability of the whole construction.
• Back of collector: aluminum fitted without auxiliary restraint of screw connections, fully sealed.
• Glass: security, tempered, 4 mm, of high permeability.
• Insulation at the back of the collector: Rockwool (d = 50kg / m3)
• Insulation at the lateral parts: Rockwool (d = 50kg / m3)
• Absorber: of selective surface, 0.5 mm full plate, constructed by high-tech laser welding
• Absorber piping: copper tubes Ø 8 mm & Ø 22 mm
